Not ideal but what can you do? Just wish he took a bit more care as to not smear them all. Seems to happen a bit with him. My Roadside looks almost like that but in silver.

I am not even sure this is on USPS. After looking at the package, it looks like it was poorly sealed. It was not torn open. It just arrived open. Somebody could have seen it was opened and taken a cd and the signed inserts or they could of fallen out as well.

I once received a box from newbury that had been slit open on the side and was completely empty. There was supposed to be 6 or 7 signed cds in it. Newbury replaced everything except the beck cd signed by mc hammer(yes really) because it was out of stock but they did refund me. Definitely contact them.
