They haven't sold out yet after 2 and a half hours, so must have a lot of copies, if they are autopenned this would be blatant multi million pound fraud! The longer the time before they sell out the more worried I would be if I'd ordered one!

True, though it did say on premiere that there could be 1-2 weeks until dispatch. Also worth noting that the books from Coles haven't dispatched yet.

That's probably just the time they need to get them to Premiere and they are not the fastest shippers either.
I believe S&S said they could have them out the door in a day or two. I hope they are real, but I remain sceptical.

FYI, after emailing the CEO of S&S US, I got a reply from the VP. They just attached the letter of authenticity that comes with the book. It appears the be the exact same as the UK one but signed by the head of S&S US. So they are at least acting as if these are legit.
