Looks great! Glad to see most are finally getting theirs.
I finally got my first litho today but following up on the second, as I had received an extra album instead of the litho.

I received 4 Vinyls today, zero signed pieces. Did yours come separately?

Did you order 4 vinyls or did you also receive extra pieces? The prints should come separate in a tube.

I just got 4 vinyls, no tube. Hopefully it’ll show in the next few days, although my order only has the single tracking number for the vinyls.

You may have gotten a separate tracking for the prints. Check for two emails from the store, each with different tracking.
Also, if you received more albums than you ordered, you may have an issue receiving the correct number of prints (I have this issue).

My litho showed up 2-3 days after the LP and I was never given a tracking number for the litho.

After many hours, dozens of emails, and immense frustration, I received the following resolution to my order (for those keeping up lol):
My second litho is lost and will not be replaced. Store has refunded both of my orders, so I am keeping 3 albums and a signed litho for free.
That’s nice but I don’t even know what to think. Disappointed about the second litho, as it was a gift for my brother that I had told him about, and he’s going to be disappointed (yes, I’m keeping the one litho that was received lol).
Manhead Merch- Their customer service is the worst I have experienced. Only one general email address, no phone numbers, days to get responses via email only to have to start from scratch again. Went in circles for over a week.
I only reached this resolution by figuring out the company’s internal email format, finding names for most of the company’s upper management (and many of their staff) on LinkedIn, and firing off many rounds of emails. Started getting somewhere after that.

I'm glad you were persistent. Thats just terrible though. If you didn't fight, they probably wouldnt have done a thing.. its great you ended up with free items but ugghh. The overall secondary market value wasn't justified and in your case, your Bro gets completely left out. What happened to the extra litho? Did they oversell these? Or are they keeping the extra for themselves? Sounds like most people dodged a bullet buying such an expensive item from them. Sorry that this happened to you but glad there was a resolution
