The McCartney looks like a known forgery style.

Thank you, BallroomDays67!
I'm not a pro on McCartney, but I also noticed that he looks too 'sloppy'. I believe that McCartney's signature and Paula Yates's autograph (on the top) were made by same hand and the same ink.

To me it seems that a part of these autographs is probably real and then somebody tried to add "new" signatures on it.

p.s. Could anybody say more about Phil Collins, Elton John autographs (they're both in the right bottom)?

Here’s another Live Aid piece that I believe is from the same forger:

Paul, Brian May, and Bowie off, ( as in the OP). from what I know.

Hello Eric,

Are you talking about the postcard or the calendar I posted?

P.S. seems like it doesn't matter, if all these stuff are faked...

The Bowie in your image HORMuseum.

Thanks, Eric!

Wow! Thanks for research. Do you believe that all of these signatures were faked? No one real?

I checked the sales history on the Adam Partridge auction -- there are dozens of the similar McCartney signatures (like on the calendar, I attached one of them). However, I saw at least one probably authentic the Beatles set (imho).

No problem. I’m not familiar with all of them, but the McCartney is fake in my opinion. The one on the Beatles For Sale LP does look like it’s from the same forger.

Thanks again! Yes, it's definitely the same forgery style (that's why I posted it). Just curious is there any authentic signatures on the calendar. Hope that other members could help me with it.

Here's a link on this faked LP (unbelievable, it was sold for only 95 GBP... with an estimate: 60-80 GBP ha-ha): https://live.adampartridge.co.uk/m/lot-details/index/catalog/287/lo...

This auction house is defintely to be avoided unless you really know what you're doing. I presume they do occasionally have genuine autographs but the vast majority are fake in my view - and judging by the realised prices by most other people too.

Adam Partridge is a total shitehawk.  He’s a regular “expert” on antiques shows, on U.K. television, yet his own auction house is a constant stream of forged autographs.  And all with the same disclaimer, distancing himself from the mass deception that he facilitates.  I wouldn’t touch anything that has been through his hands with a ten foot barge pole.

This calendar is dreadful.  The Bowie is so unlike any authentic example I’ve ever seen that I had to do a double take to check I was looking at what is supposed to be his signature.

The Bryan Ferry, on the left-hand side, is another forgery.  Bryan’s signature has been highly consistent down the years, yet there’s a weird slant to this one that is atypical.

Without looking into the signatures I don’t know so well, I’m confident in saying this is total garbage.
