Beatles - 1963 signed notepad page - How does it look?

I'm very interested in this and would appreciate thoughts on it.

Either one of the best forgeries I've seen, a print or most likely, it's AUTHENTIC. What's the price and does it come with any authentication as it sits?

It looks great to me. That said, you might be able to get something better for that price.

Already at $14,000 at Iconic after fees.  Way too expensive for a non-perfect set as the Paul McCartney is cut off and has some stains. At $8000 a better buy.

What struck me about this set is how deep and well-preserved fresh the ink appears 60 years on. 

Also, that the cascading downward of their signatures have near perfect touching of some descending letters (eg. "H" in Harrison touching "h" in John). ..."Le" in Lennon touching "R" in Ringo.... and Ringo's surname and flourish touching Paul's first and last name near perfectly in three points).  Very neat and tidy..
