Can anyone help on the authenticity of this Mantle signed bat

I bought this bat back in 1998.  Just wondering if it's authentic or not.  Anyone who could help in the authenticity of this, it would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks

Thanks for your quick answer. That is very disappointing.  I will get rid of it so it does not find it's way back to the hobby.

JCB, I agree with Steve, unfortunately. It's a good idea to get a few more opinions, though, just in case the members giving opinions are off.

I have great of respect for wanting to get rid of the autograph—thank you from all of us. Before you remove the marker, could you please take a few more sharp, high-resolution photos for our exemplar files?
