I found a somewhat unusual piece, a John Lennon autograph signed in the hand of Paul McCartney! It comes with a Tracks UK COA, so definitely the real deal. Curious what you think the approximate value of this item would be? I'm trying to decide if I got a good deal or not. I've seen many sets signed by the road managers, comparatively fewer signed by other Beatles (and it seems to usually be George signing for others when I see them). Can't say I've seen Paul signing for others very often. Would love some thoughts on value. Thanks!

I’ve seen a number of full sets in which Paul signed for the others, but haven’t seen many sales of individual examples of his proxy autographs. I think of them more as enhancing the value of his own autograph rather than having a great deal of collectible value on their own.
I would struggle to put a value on an item like this. The demand would not be there and I believe only a small percentage of collectors would desire something like this.
