I'm not an expert, but to my eye, this looks to be perhaps a slower and carefully rendered secretarial.

Maybe a nitpick....but the connection of the "D" and "a" typically goes over rather than under the "a".  

Let's see what others might think.

I've seen some variation in that in other examplers but let's see what others say.  Thank you!
