We've featured Ebay seller Mlbsports a few times here on AML (See below).

Of course, Ebay seller Mlbsports is a seller of GFA (Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators-Stephen Rocchi) certed forgeries.

Let's read his auction description from one of his present auctions of a Mickey Mantle forgery.

Again, this is laughable.

First, another Mickey Mantle forgery he is selling with a COA from Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators.

You have to click on the below image to get a closer view.

It's laughable.

Ebay seller Mlbsports writes:

This framed photo is guaranteed by GFA to be Mickey Mantle's genuine autograph so lets not be cheap about this. The are a lot of junky Mickey Mantle autographed photos so be careful. As a collector I only buy baseball memorabilia that already has been authenticated by GFA, PSA/DNA, and JSA. If it hasn't been authenticated by one of these three I refuse to buy no matter what the price and I highly recommend you do the same. If an item hasn't been authenticated I'd lookout as real collectors will spend the money to authenticate and prove the item is genuine. I hope you buy mine, but if you don't be sure the one you do buy comes with a COA from GFA, PSA/DNA, or JSA. An authentic Mickey Mantle photo with one of these three COA's will bring a minimum of $250. Anything less, again, be suspicious of it's authenticity. It cost $100 for these three to examine his signature so be leery of those that don't come with a COA from one of these three and if it fails you're out $100 as the seller only refunds your ebay purchase. Most buyers won't spend that much and a seller knows that and most will fail leaving a buyer out $100.

I had attended an estate auction and won two of these in a group. I only wanted one for my private collection so I have just one available. I'm not here to make a killing, but I know the value of these framed photos and Mickey Mantle.

This photo is in great condition, the signature is clean and clear, and has GFA's holographic numbered sticker attached to the photo and comes with the matching number on the COA.

I hope you will enjoy this framed photo, as I do mine, and proudly display it as part of your collection.

That's funny, Rich.

was searching ebay for Koufax autographs and wanted to add to this post that MLBSPORTS is also selling fake Koufax certed by GFA.   UGH...so ugly.

This baseball is guaranteed by GFA to be Sandy Koufax's genuine autograph so lets not be cheap about this. The are a lot of junk Sandy Koufax autographed balls so be careful. As a collector I only buy baseball memorabilia that already has been authenticated by GFA, PSA/DNA, and JSA. If it hasn't been authenticated by one of these three I refuse to buy no matter what the price and I highly recommend you do the same.

and a cheap ass China ball to boot.  UGLY!
