This garbage is found at websites like AtAuction.com (formerly AlwaysAtAuction.com), Ubid.com, AAFES, local auctions, charity auctions, estate sales, etc.   Those are the major outlets for the "Florida" forgeries.

This Mickey Mantle forgery on a cap comes with a COA from Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators (GFA) headed by Steve Rocchi. 

GFA (Steve Rocchi) picked up where Chris Morales, Ted Taylor and Drew Max left off after AlwaysAtAuction.com changed their name to AtAuction.com.

AlwaysAtAuction.com (CEO John House) sold these same Mickey Mantle forgeries on caps with various COAs by Ted Taylor (TTA and Stat Authentic), Chris "I Never Saw An Autograph I Didn't Like" Morales and Drew Max (AAU).

When AlwaysAtAuction.com changed their name to AtAuction.com (CEO John House), Steve Rocchi (Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators) took over where Chris Morales, Ted Taylor and Drew Max left. 

And as we all know, Chris Morales and Ted Taylor are on Ebay's Banned COA list and Drew Max should be on it, too.

In my opinion, Steve Rocchi (Guaranteed Fake Autographs) should also be on Ebay's Banned COA list.

Of course, the people who buy and sell this crap are half the problem with forgeries in our autograph hobby.

The people who buy this crap, purchase this garbage on the cheap, and then look to flip it on Ebay for a profit.

These forgeries have infected our autograph hobby by the tens of thousands.
