Stephen Rocchi and his Guaranteed Forensic Authenticators group have officially joined the ranks of Chris Morales, Ted Taylor, Drew Max, etc.

Rocchi and his crew continue to rubber-stamp everything that crosses his desk (do they actually physically examine this crap?).

And the scammers, wannabe autograph collectors, suckers, etc. continue to buy and sell this crap.
