It's one of these reprints with stains added for a false sense of age.

The typewritten ink is a tell. For the ink of the signatures to have faded as shown in 90 years, and the ink of the typewritten 1927 NY Yankees to be so bold and deep is an impossibility.

Woody, thank you. 

I searched everywhere, it was a flee market find from an estate sale. Was worth $25 to hear stories from the Veteran I bought it from. Also came with a card that Ruth's auto is a clear forgery. 

I go to this flee market often. It reminds me of when my late father used to take me to "look at others junk"
