Ballroom, to clarify, the one in the OP is not in the study. You were referring to the BAS slabbed one, right?

That’s correct. The BAS slabbed one and also the one on brown paper are included in the study.

I always thought this BAS one was similar to this Caiazzo White Album signed by Lennon and Macca.

Do we have another example of a “D” starting at the top as it does in “Fred”? It isn’t what you typically see. I’ll have to take a look.
