John Wayne autograph authenticate from Kenneth Walker "Autographs&More" http://kenneth.flyingcart.com/

Dear Autograph Collector's

One of my personal friends and customer purchased several autograph from the above mentioned seller.

Kenneth Walker "Autographs&More" http://kenneth.flyingcart.com/

Unfortunately those purchased autographs are looking VERY questionable in my opinion and I tried to help him getting a refund

This John Wayne autograph had been sold to him.

Owner Kenneth Walker responsed to our claim (see attachment)

"I  believe the John Wayne autograph is authentic along with all the other autographs that were sold to you.  I compared the John Wayne autograph with the items you sent me as a download and to tell you the truth I see more characteristics that say it is authentic than as you say not authentic.  Take Care and have a great day."

"You had this authenticated from a dealer.  I am a dealer and I am saying these autographs are real.  You can check out my return policy and have the autographs authenticated by a real authenticator and you will see that the autographs are real.  Take Care and have a great day."

With respect to the other dealer we would appreciate further opinions regarding this in our opinon forged John Wayne autograph which maybe help our customer to get his refund.

Enclosed is our first part authentication from the first letters of the John Wayne autograph as attachment.

We ask the autograph community to judge themselve which autograph dealer is reputable and of course ask Mr Walker to join this discussion as well.

kind regards

Markus Brandes

Steve

I sure hope he does

Thanks

Look at this crap!!!!  Jeter forgeries galore over there.

This is the typical Jeter forgery found on Coach's Corner.  The seat-back may be a Steiner piece, but the Derek Jeter autograph is a forgery.

Jeter forgeries all over the place on that website.

Typical Mantle forgeries with the Nicholas Burczyk COA.

Joe DiMaggio forgery with a COA from My Favorite Players.

Marcus, I hope Mr. Walker comes over here and explains his listings to all of us.

The Jeter and Mantle items on his website are pure garbage.

Of course I invited Mr Walker promply after this thread had been published to give him a chance to explain himself

"Dear Mr. Walker

As you did not accept our John Wayne authentication regarding the refund to Mr.****

we kindly ask you to join the open discussion at the autograph community at

kind regards

We just send Mr. Walker (kenneth.1007@hotmail.com) another reminder to explain why he believe his sold autographs are authentic and therefore don't need to be refunded to our friend and customer

"Dear Mr. Walker

Unfortunately we haven’t heard back regarding the public discussion regarding the forged autograph sale to Mr. ***.

We ask you again to join this discussion on

and let us know your point of view regarding the questionable autographs offered through your company.

 Thank you very much

I do not recall ever seeing an autograph website with such a nice bargain basement.  Apparently Black Friday has come early to autograph collecting.  Since I always wait until the last minute to shop I am in no hurry to get my stocking stuffers just yet.  I did look at the return policy on the site.  They offer a 10 day no questions asked refund (less postage which is fair).  After this trial period the only returns are if a "certified" and "court qualified" examiner deems an autograph to be fake.  There are some other limiting factors in the return policy about how document is examined etc.   I would think the gentleman in question would be money ahead to give a refund on the Wayne autograph etc.   If the prices on the site are any indication the cost of the Wayne autograph it must have been very reasonable.  If genuine I see no reason why it would not sell quickly.  There are some big ticket autographs there that if the seller would spend a bit on having those authenticated by a "certified" and "court qualified" examiner they would sell like hotcakes.

This item was personally authenticated by Nicholas Burczyk, a trained Board Certified, Court Appointed Forensic Expert. With a PhD in handwriting analysis, Dr. Burczyk is a forensic document examiner utilized by a major autograph procurer in the 1980s and 90s, the first time a company used the services of a trained Board Certified, Court Appointed Forensic Expert to view autographs and render an opinion, which will stand in a court of law. according to many listings on Mantle forgeries....

Maybe they know where this individual is located so we can finally discuss why his COA's have been banned on EBAY but alive and well on his web site.

Mr. Walker has joined our community.

Maybe you can ask him that question

if he cares to join in on our conversation about his website

Bob, I'm 0 for 2 on accepted invites.  Rocchi nor Wittnebert have yet to accept and I just don't know if I could go 0 for 3.

DB

I hear ya.

But I still can hope ... LOL
