I use ShipByMail for Canada (to Australia). A bit pricey but I'm happy to use their services for something I really want.

I used my ShipByMail address when I checked out for this. Seemed to go through (and Amex accepted the purchase). The site only offered a billing address option. No option to add a second address

I couldn't find any 'event' from QBD, only the pre-order purchase of unsigned book.

The ticket confirmation will tell you if you have a signed book, as per the T&C.
I see now why they scuttled the original listing for the book when it was live on Indigo.

It's sold out everywhere else but Canada. Ether Canadians don't care for him or he signed more of his home country.
