LISTIA AUCTION SITE INFESTED WITH FORGERIES....BIDDERS BEWARE !!!!!

For all of you who don't know Listia is an auction web site out there that works on the bidding system just like eBay...but instead of buying autos you simply bid on items and pay with a credit system and then pay for shipping...after about 8 minutes of browsing Listia last night I came across these horrific forgeries of Peyton Manning....Joseph Addai...Marvin Harrison...Bernie Williams...Derek Jeter...Scottie Pippen...and Michael Jordan...these are just absolute garbage and just like eBay this site is infested with fakes...There are authentic autographs on the site...no question...you can get authentic items as I did see a handful at best...but just like eBay if you don't know what your bidding on due to lack of knowledge or think in this life time you would ever get an authentic Manning...Jeter...or Jordan...for FREE using LISTIA credits you must have rocks in your head...your going to get an absolute fake forged P.O.S. Its a real shame but this site gives the crooks and forgers a great opportunity to dump there junk and take your credits to get something useful to them..so bidders beware and stop assuming all autographs on an auction site is real... especially on a CREDIT SYSTEM !!!

Yeah bro...there is garbage all over the place but this stuff is just nuts...I was shocked to see how much junk was out there at the time

yeah there is quite an amount of bad items on there but that's how it is in most cases on auction sites...they Guy with the Manning poster swore up and down that it was good...but the pictures tell a different story

Some people just don't give a S#$% if it is real or not. They are just happy to get **something.** There is a woman on the Yahoo List Group who brags every day about all the wonderful stuff she gets from Listia and TTM. Occasionally I'll ask her if she's sure it's not a secretarial and she just ignores the questions. Guaranteed 85% of her collection is fake. She just doesn't care.
