Sorry I decided to post that link because each of us prefers certain sellers. Not all retailers have it up yet so that page is the best resource.

I wouldn't know which one to recommend. Last year Amazon, BAM and B&N cancelled orders for popular titles because they oversold (happened to me with Brian Johnson, Bono, Cormac McCarthy and even Black Friday in-stock offers).

I ordered straight from Penguin Random House because was free shipping and if anyone runs out of stock and can get more-it feels like it'd be the publisher.
