Sorry I decided to post that link because each of us prefers certain sellers. Not all retailers have it up yet so that page is the best resource.

I wouldn't know which one to recommend. Last year Amazon, BAM and B&N cancelled orders for popular titles because they oversold (happened to me with Brian Johnson, Bono, Cormac McCarthy and even Black Friday in-stock offers).

I ordered straight from Penguin Random House because was free shipping and if anyone runs out of stock and can get more-it feels like it'd be the publisher.

For those interested, I highlighted where you can click to order via Penguin Random House. No tax and free shipping.

If you order from Target and have a Red Card you can get 5% off and free shipping. But they are unpredictable on fulfillment.

I had the same problem with Penguin raising the price then cancelled the order. When asked why they responded: "The publisher decided not to publish the title.We are not the publisher for Titan only the distributor." So I guess we'll wait and see if this book gets printed or there are further delays from Titan NOT Penguin,stay tuned!
