In short - I've also had bad experiences....I will not purchase from them again nor would I recommend them based on my experiences.

Unfortunate that this turned into a rant thread-
Don't like TSL/R&R Channel? - Vote with your wallet, and don't buy.
Any regular here knows how TSL works- $8-ish shipping ea. for a $15 CD (no change/reduction if your product qty increases), plus a handling fee, plus tax.
Customer service issues could be often better resolved, yes, but it is what it is, until we're proven otherwise.
On any autopen or similar, I'm sure all the initial intentions were good, especially when the record company refutes it all, but they could do a better job in listening to their customers. When we collectively identify something obviously wrong, they should help to fight on our behalf, to make things right.
Seems like there's a subset here that loves R&R Channel when it's something they want (ooh! Kiss Destroyer signed) but then hate them vehemently and publicly when something goes sideways.
It's great that the R&R Channel has a semi-active presence on this forum, but too bad they don't engage and support their own customer base more. The CEO of Hamilton Book (aka GoldenWheels) being regularly on the Blu-Ray.com forums, is a great example of a seller interacting positively with his customers and listening to their feedback and needs (which, in turn, helps his sales, so a win-win).
This Forum can clearly make a sales difference and make international headlines in exposing any fraud, so should be genuinely listened to more, when there's a discovered issue, en masse.
Bottom line: Don't Like? - Don't Buy (and make one succinct rant statement, not four pages worth).
