Hard to say with certainty since the photo is so blurry, but it looks great for what I can see.

Not hard, blur or not, the details are all very evident. I can tell you with 90% certainty. Which I about as high a % as I can go without piece in hand.

Clear enough as it is. This is one of Stan's signatures from the 2008-2015 period.

If it was a fine-line or pen signature, I could narrow it down to a 2 or 3 year spread, maybe a year or two. Sharpie, thick marker, a few little things necessary to narrow the date aren't definable as they are in thin line.
