I probably shouldn't do this based on past experience on these forums. But it's available at Carmichael's Bookstore in Louisville on their website. It's a smaller indie bookstore. So they probably have limited availability which means if you order from here and you aren't early-it may cancel. Also, they reserve the right to limit orders to 1 copy. So if you don't get in-please don't drag this small business through the mud over your disappointment.
