I think that is secretarial but I wanted to post what I saw looking at the PSA Facts page re sticker placement, and you know I hate them anywhere but on the cert. No further comment needed:

I would take that damage as less than terribly distracting considering the superb tinted image! Magnificent! It (damage) is quite far away from the signature and fortunately vertical - perfect example for grade folks - were this damage horizontal then a different story. It is aligned with the background verticals so "disappears". It could be rendered nearly invisible head-on  with some fine  graphite shavings and a delicate camel brush lightly used side-to-side.

Something else I should point out is that Tom’s is a 5x7.5 inch and Buff’s looks about 8x10.

Thank you Steve, but another member above told me it is signed by secretary so not sure??  I do see tom Kramersand the autograph is similar in many ways...uncertain I guess in my mind

Tom is selling a similar one as the real deal, so I think that yours is very likely real.

8x10 increases the chances, yes, but it appears so smooth.
