This one looks good to me, but it never hurts to get a second opinion, as her graph isn't all that common? Thanks!

Genuine, IMO.

Thanks Joe! ;)

Looks good to me as well. However, watch condition - scan is light obscuring three creases, one at least appears rather heavy like ripples - they both run horizontally right through the signature.  There appear some other scattered marks. With a cut there is just ink and paper - condition is very important. If that creasing/rippling is as I expect this should not be full price. The image below might be a bit more accurate - compare with OP scan - click for full image:

That's interesting Eric, I would never have looked at that aspect...I didn't think a few creases would have that much impact? I mean, I was just very happy to get such a rare autograph for what I thought was a decent price of around $65 US. Is what I paid a fair price, and in general, how much should one discount a value due to condition such as this?

Thanks!

You got a very fair price on this one. Find a nice photo and mat it. Be happy!

Haha! My thoughts exactly! But I'm still interested in what Eric's thoughts are concerning price/condition when it comes to any rarer autograph! ;)

I've owned a number of Vivien Leigh. I can honestly tell you that your signature matted with a nice photo would sell in the $250 easily.

You certainly got a great deal in my opinion.  I think the seller must have already discounted for condition.  If you had paid a couple hundred then I think condition might cut into it some but for $65 you did very well.  I would certainly pay that for it.

Agree - that is a very good and fair price - very good! The creases are not fatal and with a color photo they will recede. B/w photo and they will show more. With upper $ graphs condition problems like this that go through the signature are indeed an issue.

great price for it as well imo

You've got to be laughing if you can get a Viv for $65. I wouldn't really describe her as "rare" but $65 is peanuts.

Nor rare, but overtly desired and so very often forged.
