Worst Artists Signatures (so you know who not to buy from in the future)

On the back of a bunch of really useful threads, especially the autopen artists, I thought it'd be nice to have in one place a list of poor signatures, lazy autographs or even dots (yes, you Lady Gaga). Please only write down the artist name and if it is a plain letter, ghost signed or just very lazy sig.

Ha! That borders on punch-in-the-mouth-worthy ego display! Yet another terrific example set for the world by a Nobel Prize in Lirerature winner.

ive heard leonardo di caprio is one of the worst. If someone wanted one though anyway is there ANY officially released signed item from his that would be consideted his signature?

Someone mentioned Dolly Patron in another thread.

George Lynch and Yngwie Malmsteen

All the new albums from Wolfy Van Halen sold at Walmart.  Signatures have squiggly lines  like any child could do....I heard the lps sold directly on his website were better signatures.  Kinda irks me regardless....

Paul Lynch.  Booker prize winner.

And they even made custom bookplates for that... joke of a signature.

smh

Might not be the worst...I ordered 2 Buckethead Pike albums. Back when they were direct order. "Crime Slunk Scene"and one other.  These were signed albums. But, Buckethead printed his name. Not a signature, but I will take them anyway !

That's the man, similar to Flea, Duff McKagan or other "printed" styles. Sometimes he'll do a little doodle with it but that's standard issue Buckethead. His signed artwork is the same, and very very Buckethead.

Probably going to see more and more like him as time goes on since they have stopped teaching cursive in schools.

Definitely, although I think he's 53 or 54 so it's just a part of his 'schtick' so to speak. The cursive form disappearing from schools is a bit troubling, and some people wonder why US student's IQ's have been in a nose dive for the past 20 years. No beuno.
