Why don't you find everyone you can find who bought probable forgeries from Graysonline.com and start a discussion on them alone? You can mention their consignors, but Gray's is the one responsible.

I would certainly think that the Australian Post Office and other law enforcement and consumer agencies would want to investigate Gray's, the Commissos and Lancaster if enough people organized and brought it to their attention. Are their agencies and professional associations that regulates auctioneers? They should be contacted, too.

I imagine there are consumer protection and news shows in Australia that would be interested in covering this as well. Autographs are popular in Australia and many fans and collectors are being burned.

Great idea, I will do that.

Good job!

done.... titled

Graysonline Autographs / Signed items / memorabilia... looking for victims / buyers to compile a list of victims of possible fraud.

We know grays is totally aware of the issues and thats probably why they do not have a forum for people to discuss there purchases. If only we could make people aware before they go to grays and purchase these pieces of s**t

We will stop this Dylan, Believe me...I an ex organiser with the Metal Workers Union in Western Australia. I have taken on Rio Tinto and cost them an estimated $140 000 000 in superannuation payments for their workers, fought and won numerous unfair dismissals with compensation settlements in the highest possible amounts, negotiated industrial agreements with Alcoa, BP, BASF, BHP, CSBP, Cockburn Cement, CIBA Chemicals and a host of others, with very limited professional  legal assistance, and without using this very powerful tool called the internet. We need to be very patient as this will be done part time.

This is a very worthy issue to organise and campaign around, and is very newsworthy.

We hold four aces and they are bluffing with two threes and crap. it will probably be a long game because they will try to hold it up with process. But the game will not be played by their rules, but by ours, and that will keep them guessing, because they will end up being fired upon from several different directions. Be organised, be prepared to engage other people and organisations, work out what they want to do, and don't do it, and if they want to take me to court, then they are in an arena where they will most likely lose at their cost... and if you consider my wealth... I don't have much to lose anyway!

slow and steady, campaign, organise, and keep the end game firmly in focus.

they will be reading this, so they need to work out their strategy... minimize the damage and stop the fraud.... or death by a thousand cuts... your call Grays.

Ok Chris from Coolworld has issued the refund for my item and the additional fees that were charged by Grays which was the buyers premium and the shipping price and the cost to send back to him. I am happy that he gave the refund before i sent the item back and i will now send it to him. So thats $750 dollars back from a dodgy signed Kiss guitar. I must thank the guy who let me know that its fake and therefor getting my refund.

Dylan,

Good job... That is FANTASTIC! Who told you it was fake?

A guy on ebay as i was wanting to sell it and he is a big KISS fan and told me it was one of the worst fakes his seen so i got it looked at by global and psa/dna an both said it was likely fake so i requested my refund. also ebay took my listing down due to community concerns about its authenticity

Good work to everyone who is involved in the discussions about these forgeries from Coolworld, Music Legends, Graysonline and lets keep it going. I notice MusicLegends website is no longer accessible but I still have your number Mr Conman for music legends, i gave it a call a couple of days ago and someone answered but assume the number will be disconnected soon too. I must thank chris though even as it was a fake he still refunded my money but says he has people wanting kiss signed items so he will re sell it...If you see a Gold guitar signed by kiss DO NOT BUY IT and report it.

Just need your thoughts fellow collectors, I have got my refund from Coolworld and did say i will send it back. Should I actually send it back or keep it and have it used as evidence against them to help build a case.

I definately wouldnt send it back as it will just be re-sold on. Tell them you have destroyed it has its a clear forgery. Make sure your refund has cleared first though!!
