Does anyone know what the value of a signed Tommy Bolin album would be valued at?

What do you think about this funny item?
Promoted Ray for decades. I don't believe he was ever in a hotel line! He was pre-checked in by Road Manager, Manager or Promoter! If that actually happened, somebody lost their job! Ray could sign his name, so White House sig is real! But, other than that, even promoters couldn't get one, I know I tried many times!
Agents, secretaries handled all fans requests!
I'm glad to see this discussion, because in the late 80s I was able to literally rub shoulders with Ray Charles when he was checking into a hotel as I was checking out. There was a delay with his room and his valet at first left Ray on his own at the back of the line for what he thought would be a quick trip to get the room key. The room wasn't ready so the valet grabbed Ray and brought him to the front, where Ray started losing his temper. When someone asked Ray for an autograph, his exact words were "I don't mess with paper." This is understandable considering how you could put an IOU in front of him to sign and he wouldn't have known...
What I'm wondering about is who signed this item:

There are lots of photos showing Ray and Clinton together buddy-buddy and it seems somewhat strange to me that an autograph going in a White House presidential collection would be complete fake - especially when you consider the relationship between Ray and Clinton. I've seen only a couple of other autographs that look similar to this one online.
Is it possible that Ray did the Stevie Wonder type of signature where his valet would take his hand and sign with him? Did Ray really not know how to write at all? Seems to me that playing the piano the way he did would be harder than writing a signature.
The reason why I did this statment is that I was able to meet Ray Charles a few times in the 90s. And I was told by Ray himself that "He never signs something that he can't see." At the same time, I was told by one of his managers that everything that was given to them to be signed by Ray, was signed by them and not Ray Charles.
I have only seen one genuine Ray Charles autograph in my life and that one was very "childish written" in block letters. I don't have a copy of that signed picture, but I hope to get it one day.
Hope this will help and explain how I made this conclusion.
Bjarne, can you please explain basis for your conclusion. Or an example of a real signature please.
Thanks.
This Ray Charles album is signed by a secretary or manager and not by Ray Charles.
Hi all. I had a former friend who was an Entertainment Booking agent. I had him contact Ray Charles Manager's office directly. My friend asked on my behalf if it would be possible to have 2 albums signed by Mr. Charles. I was instructed to send my LP's to him with return postage already included for safe return. I received 2 LPs signed. Here is ONE of them. Any thoughts. I have seen re-prints of original signed photos that look JUST like this online bu searching. Feedback welcome.
