the editions were going for less than $200 dollars on ebay they said they would get back to me and then I said I am cancelling my order that I was disappointed on the pricing. Which by the way taught me a lesson to research first before I buy! But I trusted their pricing as I had bought books from them in the past. So, short story long I did get a refund because I had purchased the book on the same day so they had not sent the book to me as of yet. Because I do know once they send it out you don't get your money back. I thank folks for their impute and again I am sorry to have to post in the wrong area. Thanks for your reply's!…
should do a better job in general. If I had multiple cancelations or was fighting for a refund, I'd be angry and probably would post it on every TSL thread as well. We know they monitor these boards. Just like Premier Collectibles.. I have no problem at all listening to these problems continuously. The only way to make these companies change is to hit them in the wallet and that means making people aware of their antics and what they could be getting themselves into with these purchases.
I've had pretty good luck with TSL so far but im not a fanboy of any company. Just like Premiere, if a company starts slacking with customer service and or overcharging for their products. Ill stop buying.. if they stop responding to me while I'm chasing a refund, you better believe I'd be shouting it to the world.…
they're getting, and the cards they will be receiving are usually marked or sealed right then and there to ensure the recipient knows there's no funny business.
It's 2020. There's no excuse for private signings not to use authentication in the form of video. I don't care if Pacino doesn't like being filmed. If he's charging $300-400 for a sig, the session should be recorded (not live) with a camera pointing at him signing at the table, with an extra camera if needed for the PSA rep to be shown applying authentication stickers.
Premier Collectibles does this to great effect with their "Live Signing" program. I know, for instance, that if I buy a copy of a book signed by Chelsea Clinton, there's video footage of her signing the items in question, I know exactly where I got it from, and I can trust the authentication cert because it was issued by the company overseeing the session.…

nt of you, you will never be sure. As for the people who claim to be experts I can show them a hundred different jeter autographs and they would never agree. EBay in General is controlled by a few different dealers and they constantly are trying to bad mouth others products and claim they are the only ones selling authentic items. What amazes me is jeter is exclusive with Steiner but yet others have different coas up there for him. We know for a fact he only has Steiner coas ever since he started. With the Coa you have from Steiner that is your guarantee but that's why we stand by our return policy for complete satisfaction. Fell free to return the item and we will issue the credit immediately"
Issued a return number and given a return address (which by the way is now in Connecticut?
Should I be concerned about sending the items back first? I know it's normal for standard returns but it feels like I'm sending away the only evidence I have of fraud. …
ruce Springsteen every letter, again an authentic but not anything like what's given on the streets. The right is the recent Oliver Stone books that were paid for limited edition books and that's how he decided to sign them. The president of Premier Collectibles was there to witness. Note how he starts his autograph on the O from a completely different location and looping and how different the S looks. Insane as he was getting paid for doing these from the sales of this limited edition book. Lastly is an example of a crap Slash autograph on the bottom. To be clear, not making excuses for this autograph either way as more research needs to be done. I've friend requested and sent a message to Mancow on FB. I've also asked John Brennan and so far his reply was could be a messy one but doesn't make sense and looks bad. If it turns out it's bad I'll contact the customer and offer them a refund myself. …
