I have another check that was made out to Mike Mauer his grandson and signed on the reverse by his daughter Joan Howard Mauer.  She was in some Three Stooges shorts as a little girl.

Hi there Steve.  I just looked and there are some on eBay, though they seem very high in my opinion.  They seem to pop up from time to time on there.  One they want $600 is the same blue cloud design as mine.  Price is a matter of personal preference since I have paid far more than I will ever get out of a lot of autographs.  There is a check from Moe to Larry signed by both for $2000.   While very scarce I again think that is too high.  I forget how much mine cost, but I know it was under $300, but that was a dozen years ago.  I thought I paid too much then, but this check in my view is especially nice looking.

I saw that check from Moe to Larry online.  Cool...but $2k is certainly a lot of money for what it is.
