Yeah, but as Nick pointed out that the Ringo on the Pepper is a full Ringo Starr too. Which in my mind making the Pepper even more desirable.
The Abbey Road having dual Beckett and Caiazzo LOA gives it a bit of a more justified price (and probably why it is so high to begin with) but no where near 17K. It will end up sitting for awhile until an offer is made.

Neither of those links come up anything and the George Martin doesn't either, however I know that VIPAutpraphsllc was selling a signed George Martin with beckett and that is ip collector John Brennan ebay page (who is selling that guitar signed by Paul, John, and George) and seems pretty well trusted amongst many (unless that isn't the album you are referring too.)
In any case, I didn't say anything about what I trust. I said with the two loas I can understand putting the listing higher with both Caiazzo and Beckett.

This is currently at iconic auctions with Beckett. I see nothing wrong with it. I am not 100% sure this originated by John or I am getting it confused with another album he had listed. - Attachments: No photo uploads here

I guess I actually like that the signed Abbey Road is a flat instead of a standard album. It's unique, not just another LP signed by them. It doesn't really matter to me, though I've heard many people specify that fact so maybe it's a bigger issue to them.

It's a bit over priced. For all the reasons folks mentioned. But it's not like somebody is totally off in pricing it.
I met a woman at a Ringo concert (the night I got my record signed)...and she had an 8 x 10 photo signed by the Beatles, from the night of Ed Sullivan show. She showed it to me, and claimed it was worth a million dollars. I said, "Listen lady...these are the nicest set of Beatles signatures ever, on a terrific photo...all the names can clearly be seen. Early signatures, but...you'd probably get $50,000 for it."
Here's how stupid she was. She'd bring that photo with her everywhere. I saw her at an Alanis Morsette concert years later. Still had the picture, but....with a bunch of creases in it. Incredible.

Priced sentimentally. Anyone can get cash, but the flat you had signed by 3 of the Beatles can never be replaced.
One of the first times I ever graphed Macca, it was with the guy selling this item and we were down in Philadelphia. After Paul signed a few for each for us, we locked arms in a circle and jumped up and down together all around the parking lot, screaming and laughing. I might even have cried a little.
When thinking about the price of this item and why it is what it is, you have to take into consideration the celebratory dances that resulted from the experiences.
How much would an item like this be worth to you if you obtained it yourself? For a Beatles fan, the answer is most likely above market value.
