Hello All,

Interesting link below. Someone out there has a pen or two. Scroll down to Aug 3-5.

Parts of some are interesting, but no individual one of these makes it. I hope this is useful. I don't have twitter but this was recently posted and I found it while looking for CD's signed in 2010. The poster of the photo in the link below appears interested in showing things to help the collector...I have no reason to doubt that sincerity.

Here some other sigs I have seen. These are much better than the average but close with no bidders or sit around with Buy it Now/Make and Best Offer for $350 or so, coming from UK. "Blue, blue, electric blue..." ;)

Anyone?

Again... me no likey

Smart man I think.

Here are two more very bad "Bowie" signatures...

This is a great post Eric! Some of the Electric Blue would have fooled but as you say when you see them all together you see the forger's personal traits. Some of the "authenticated" are really bizarre! The signed Tin Machine looks horrific. Makes you wonder if the authenticator knows something about that particular piece that we don't.

Hi Tim. Thank you. I don't know re The Tin Machine It has been for sale for about a year and a half. It had "photo proof" of the sort that just shows him signing a copy of this album - but you could not see anything really. There are some genuine rushed or IP Bowie's like that - so far out of the box as to be somewhat unrecognizable. Unless vintage or some other quality is stunning, I pass on that type of item.
