Yes Joe.

Hopefully you will get your money back. We all would like to see the demise of Coach's Corner. Many have tried over the years. But, to this point, they seem to be able to survive.

Back in March I was aware some of my stuff was probably fake, Joe. The pieces. The Capital City COA. Not only did I stop my pursuit, I bought more stuff. That makes me the idiot especially when resources like Christopher Thomas, Steve Cyrkin, and many others are right here. Maybe they have survived as long as they have because buyers just kinda threw their arms into the air and said never again! My plan is to push this as far as I have to. Just today, I read that a dealer at the Cleveland Convention was pushing phony signatures, right under the noses of JSA and Beckett! He was arrested on the spot. Yes, the very same thing can happen here.

The forgery industry is an abyss. I read just this week where authentic autographs, for the most part, are decreasing in value due to the massive amounts of forgeries on the market.

In fact, I wager to bet that the volume of forgery purchases far outweigh authentic autographs. I see all the time sellers of quality authentic materials struggle to survive.

Are we witnessing the beginning of the end of legitimate autograph collecting being viable? I hope not.

I'm with you, Joe. As the saying goes, the only way for evil to triumph is for good people to do nothing. They'll be in for a real battle.

We are trying to get confirmation as to who the "person" is that was arrested.

The pieces, from what I understand, were the "Florida" forgeries.

Christopher, are you referring to the arrest in Cleveland this morning?

Are you sure the person was arrested? Were they taken out in handcuffs?

They could have asked the dealer to meet them at the police station or arrested him. Either way, it could be a while before they decide to file charges and what the charges would be.

Yes I am, Paul.

I first heard about it yesterday about "his" items being confiscated.

According to the article I read this morning, yes, he was taken away, Steve.

Thank you for that link, Chad.

I sent an email to the reporter.
