Typical and mass-produced forgery from the 1990's.

This garbage still sells today.

Can I get some feedback on this Mantle please? PSA quick opinion says NG and doesn't comment on WHY? I have had for 3 years from what I think a reliable source. Thanks.

Pic is a bit small to be definitive, but from what I can see, I'm not loving it.
