Beatles Signed Autograph Page

This one is up for sale at Adam Partridges in the UK. Description follows:

THE BEATLES; a full set of four autographs including a photograph of the fab four, the signatures 7 x 9cm, framed and glazed, and with certificate of authenticity from 'rareandsigned.com'.

I’ve not heard of Rare and Signed before?  I guess they’ve never heard of Neil Aspinall !!!
