Is this Mickey mantle blueprint & autograph real?

Bought this at a hockey tournament auction for $300. Is this real or fake?

For whatever reason, I have an easier time with Mantle autographs on baseballs.

Having said that, I think this is authentic. See what others think.

There are a couple of parts that look right, but more that look off. I would avoid this.
