Is this Mantle photo a reprint or Original & is the COA authentic?

This is from my late father's collection. It was originally in a frame that broke. I removed the photo and the little COA had been taped to the back of the frame. I have not seen a photo with the white border. There is a small scratch on the surface on his arm.

Unfortunately, this is one of the worst forgeries I have seen.

It certainly is.

One of the biggest scams over the last ten years is for dirtbags to use an old/copied/edited Scoreboard COA to sell their forgeries.

Ebay seller Nyr17-collectibles selling a laughable forged Mickey Mantle photo with a Scoreboard COA.

Piece of crap forgery.
