Authenticity is Everything

Beatles signed record
Normally I shy away from Beatles memorabilia because it’s usually fake. But given the owner of this (a well-known musician), there is a good chance it is authentic.
however, I have no idea what I’m looking for. Does anyone have any opinions? Also what is a fair price for something like this?
