George Martin autograph opinion

I was wondering if this autograph from Beatles producer George Martin is real or not? It was bought for $10 at an estate sale in Ashland Oregon of the man who supposedly had gotten it signed by him. I look forward to all opinions. Thanks, Ryan

George Martin was a generous signer TTM for many years.  I got him several times on letters and CD booklets. 

Off the top of my head yours looks good.
