My Indigo order page used to say "All items in your order will arrive by: Tuesday October 26,2021" and "Delivered By Oct 26, 2021 US Ground Mail." Now the first part is gone entirely and the second part has been updated to just say "US Ground Mail."

Same here, I just noticed thanks to your post. I reached out to them over the weekend and got the following response via email:

“Thank you for contacting Indigo customer care. Unfortunately, this item, "The Storyteller Signed Edition" is out of stock. I can see Estimated Deliver Date is Tuesday, October 26, 2021 for your order number…. But it will ship once its in stock. You have not been charged for this order. You can cancel this order if you wish after October 26”

We’ll see if it ever arrives…

It happened to me on a previous order. I don't understand exactly how that works because other, even older, Paypal orders went through ok.

I hope they will notify us and give the chance to correct this when this happens. Some stores immediately cancel the order.

Yes, this happened to me twice in the past month. Barnes and Noble contacted me and I resent the payment and Warner just cancelled the order and I was out of luck.

Barnes and Noble was on top of it in my case. I just repaid and they sent me my order. Unfortunately, it was 2 copies of Robby Krieger's photocopied autograph book.
