I wonder if the ones they added the day of the livestream were just signed by Gene because Paul wasn't there and his dad died that same week. I was thinking about this at the time and how would they get more signed by Paul since signing stuff was probably the furthest thing on his mind.

Likely it was simply skipped during the signing process since so many were signed.

Usually they agree upon a certain amount before starting a promotion. I expect these have all been signed at the same time which could have been well before the event.
They have probably done the sale in parts deliberately; one early to create word of mouth and a set amount of stock (plus any cancellations) set apart for during the event itself.

Hello Frank,
Both Paul and Gene signed nearly 2000 (approximately 1976) and inevitably one gets missed. they weren't together when they signed as I understand it. Sorry about the miss!

That is a piss poor excuse. It is your resposibility to see that PEOPLE GET WHAT THEY ORDERED. Not some LAME BS excuse. Should be some type compensation/refund for a mistake on your part.

There is a similar issue about a Robby Kreiger thing on TalksShopLive about quality that autopens, instead of real sigs, have been allowed on orders. Autopens, miniature replacements, or what else we don't know about. Quality control is very important and "learning curve" for the business is unacceptable.

Upon receipt of the single signed insert, we'll replace if possible or refund you.

Well today (Dec-20-2021) i was PLEASANTLY surprised by what i got in the mail totally unexpectedly. My KISS signed art card. Thank you to the person who ever got this problem solved. Now they need to help solve the missing signed SCOTTY MCCREERY card from the #1 COUNTRY BUNDLE cds which i see that i was not the only 1 to be MISSING. The photo is of what the Newbury site sent.
