Expensive but the super deluxe editions are available for pre-order- they are apparently the only versions to be signed by all 3.
Appears later signed versions forthcoming but not with all 3.
Super deluxe is $475 and with art print for $1700

The Byrds super deluxe book from BMG has David, Roger, and Chris’s signatures, but it’s $475! I just snapped up another. There were only 795 copies.

How much were the signed lithographs originally on his website ?

$100. He used to have signed posters, lyric sheets, and even his book signed at the merch table for fairly reasonable prices. I seem to remember buying signed posters for $50.

I remember looking at them and adding one to my cart but then realizing I wouldn't have space to hang it, so I passed on it. Couldn't remember what they were charging though. CSN was the 2nd concert I ever went to. Glad I got to see them at least.
