It’s a real harsh lesson though that even top high end items they will try and rip fans off. Just imagine if that guy hadn’t got his book early and posted about it.

I guess I can breathe easier today and get some work done finally.. this is disappointing but overall still memorable experience. Its awesome that we all came together as a community and took a stand. The guy on Facebook who posted this will be the sole owner of the only autoped Bob Dylan in the open market at this time.

Did anybody pay via Paypal???

On the e mail it states as the payment was not taken I will not receive a refund?

I joined the Plum offer with 20% discout which they charged me $39 for..... and they debited $639.21 for the book.....

I just went into my Paypal - which they debited $678.21 out of my account on the 14th October and if i click on problem with the order just the $39.00 comes up - although i paid $678.21 ????

I was charged twice separately for both orders I placed and the money was absolutely taken from my bank. Ill wait a few days and see if it drops off before contacting them about it

Yes I used Paypal. Yesterday Paypal showed the transaction as payment pending with my total fund amount down by the cost of the book. I just looked and it doesnt even mention the payment and my fund amount is back to what it was before I ordered. The transaction totally disappeared.

As a fan and a collector, Extremely disappointed that this nonsense still happens. I am not one to believe the artist is completely unaware it is happening too..
