The emails he sent are not connected to orders. I emailed him as soon as I found his email the other day but from a different address that was not connected to my order. He seems to be responding to only people who email him directly for now

I'll email back asking if Coles and Premiere are associated with the same batch. Id suggest some of us doing the same as well. Premiere is still "looking into it" and my Coles order is still in place.. just in case but who am I kidding. We all know the answer

Well, I'm certainly glad to get my money back, but I'm a bit concerned that "the masses" will never know about this autopen business and there are now hundreds of these books in the market with a LOA from the publisher. That's enough to convince most casual collectors that these are real.

Well done to all who contributed to making Simon & Schuster cave, especially Jason and Nick.
I’ve had a busy weekend, and, when I have had the chance to check in to the forum, I’ve struggled to keep up with all the posts.
It remains to be seen if Simon & Schuster will extend the same offer to U.K. customers. With a third party involved (Coles), I doubt that will happen. My guess is Coles will refund their customers directly, then the books will be returned to the publisher and pulped.

100% correct.. major team effort.. so many contributors. Im so proud of everyone on here. I would not have been able to do any comparisons if it wasn't for everyone on here willing to accept deliveries and post photos. I still plan to finalize all comparisons so keep those full page photos coming in please
