For anyone still following this thread, today was the latest date Amazon said the book would be delivered by. Needless to say, it hasn’t turned up and the estimated delivery date has been pushed to late April. There’s no way I’m letting Amazon hold onto my £300 for any longer than they already have (still surprised they took it TBH), so have cancelled the order.

Mine is still showing as March 2nd, but holding no hopes to that illusion. If and when it gets bumped (again) I will more than likely do the same. This will be order #3 that has not been fulfilled.
