Jimi Hendrix experience Axis Bold as love signed by all members

Hi all, i was recommended to come here via Facebook, hope I'm posting in the right area!

I picked up a load of vinyl a while ago that included a Jimi Hendrix axis bold of as love first pressing. I played it and didn't pay much attention but have just noticed that it seems to have been signed by the three members on the inside gatefold.

The consensus online so far is that the signatures are legitimate . Any advice or debunking welcomed. I've already been in touch with some auction houses and will be picking one soon.

Hmmm. with a name like "Full Time Flipper" why would he sell to you when you are just going to flip/resell it for more?

Lewis, I just thought it was worth acknowledging that finding an item like this is fantastic but it can also be stressful too. Every potential buyer/auctioneer is suddenly your friend and you are bombarded with sometimes conflicting advice. You desperately want to do the right thing and maximise your return.

The best thing is to do what feels right for you. Unless the album is re-sold and you become aware of the amount it sells for, you will never know what might have been. You will have made an astronomic profit and had a very interesting experience (forgive the pun) whatever you decide to do.

Yeah that's very true, it's been slightly overwhelming but hopefully a good result in the end, for both me and the buyer!

Lewis, You’ve got a very collectible piece here. If I were you, I’d put in an auction house in the UK, so you won’t have to deal with any tax issue worries. And that would let Jimi Hendrix collectors (there are many) like myself bid on it and you’ll do very nicely with competitive bidding on this piece. Stay away from dealers, or private offers, you found an incredible one of a kind item that you’ll do extremely well with at auction. Bonhams has two (sometimes three) music memorabilia auctions yearly and I highly recommend that you talk to Steve Maycock there, he’s been doing music memorabilia auctions since their inception in the 80’s. Are you still considering Gotta Have it Rock and Roll? If so, ask the owner, Ed Kosinski, why you should consign to them when he'd rather consign his best stuff to Sotheby's and Christie's.

That's Ed in handcuffs being escorted by a New York police officer into criminal court for a bail hearing last July.

Ed and two accomplices were arrested for trying to sell Don Henley's stolen handwritten lyrics to The Eagles Hotel California album. He wanted to consign them to Sotheby's or Christie's. Here they are, all 3 of them:
