$4 if flat and folded and in a flat envelope going to the next state over from you. 1st class packages are anywhere from around $3.75-$4.50 or higher depending on distance and location for under 4oz. this is a larger tube going priority or parcel. But many are ok with Premiere charging $5-$6 a book for combined media mailings, where they could be sending you 10lbs of books for under $10 but charge $30 instead
