Signed vinyl options

This is the band Keanu Reeves plays in so presume these will be signed by him too. Don't shoot the messenger if he doesn't though as it's not specified. Good luck! My money is on he's signing them.

Received this today…

“Often, vinyl is flat-packed at the bottom of a box, with a piece of cardboard on top of it- it appears to be empty, but is not. Can you please double-check to see if that is the case here? If possible, please send a photo of the inside of the box so I can review!“

Well, I suppose it's like an IT helpdesk... have you tried turning it off and on again?

You'd be surprised how many times people  forget to plug a device in before they call a helpdesk to complain it doesn't turn on, so I can't really blame them for asking these kind of questions.

Wow. They must ship a lot of records to 2 year olds. That's a pretty wild response from them.

Just received the same response. Im sure they are just very behind now and this was not a result of my more recent efforts. Luckily I still have the box. My wife threw out a ton of boxes last night for garbage day without me knowing.  Glad I put this one aside. Pictures sent. Not sure what good it will do unless orders of 2 or more were shipped in a different box? Will see what happens now

I have had the same response. Interestingly the shipping label states the weight as 499g, which is what it weighs with one LP. Another LP would have bumped the weight to 840g or so. There is no way they can argue that 2 were ever sent in the same package.

Adam, your reply button is missing, had to reply thru REM.. I was wondering about the weight. My box is listed at 2 lbs but we need to buy a new shipping scale and Im unable to check what the actual weight was. Good to know an extra LP would put it over the listed weight. Thanks for confirming

499g = 1.1 lbs

mine said 2 lbs media mail but I checked some other boxes that had two records in them and most were 1.3 kgs = 2.866 lbs

Giving me flashbacks to my Paul Simon fiasco. Weights listed on the packaging were key in trying to resolve.

In that case, they sent me an extra album instead of a signed lithograph. The lithograph weighed in at 2 pounds. The albums were about 1 pound or so. They slapped a lithograph label (showing 2 lbs) on the extra album.

Sent them a photo showing the lithograph label (2 lbs) on the album packaging. By the time they understood/accepted the error, there were no more lithographs. I’d stay on them to resolve ASAP.

Ive been busy today, don't know where my head is with conversions lol. Stopped to get a cheap replacement scale. I no longer have the shrink wrap but thats negligible anyways. The vinyl on its own weighs 11.21oz. The vinyl with shipping box weighs 17.53oz.

The total weight of the package with 2 vinyl comes to just under 1.8lbs so in my case, it doesn't prove anything. The weight in the US for shipping increases for every pound. The shipping weight for either a single vinyl or 2 of them would fall between the 1lb to 2lb rate regardless. There wouldn't be a change either way. Oh well, ill still wait for their response. Thanks REM for pointing the weight conversion out. Not sure what I was thinking before

Just received an email apologizing and said they did have a replacement in stock. They will ship it out soon. Part of me thinks it will end up being a regular vinyl without a signed insert but we will see. At least they are attempting to fix this. I hope this is the case for everyone else dealing with the same issue

Like all signed stuff, I think they get full of energy at the beginning and then slip into zombie mode with just their  initials.

I figure I'll sell the KR one and get my money back out.  Maybe make a couple bucks. And I'm left with one nice full Keanu sig for cheap.  There's worse things.
