I think the one with Eric Bell is gone. This is the page from Google cache, it shows only 500 were available in the box set. The Tweet also points to Sound of Vinyl specifically for this Bell signed print.

Bravado Germany has several editions with the print signed by Fitzpatrick only. The Blu-ray is your cheapest option

So don't be disappointed if the VinylCollector one also comes signed by Fitzpatrick only.

This is all very confusing: is the one from vinylcollector signed by Bell or Fitzpatrick?

In October several stores had different editions with a print signed by the cover artist Fitzpatrick only. Vinyl collector also had this up then without describing who signed it, but it was already sold out and I assumed it was Fitzpatrick just like in the other stores.

The Tweet mentions Bell signing for the Box Set, that suggests the expensive box edition not just the vinyl or Blu-ray sets
