REFUND ANNOUNCEMENT
Last week, members on RACC started receiving their Ice-T autographed LPs in the mail after purchasing from TalkShopLive, with many noting the clear differences in Ice-T's autograph and many of the ones being shipped out.
In response, multiple members reached out to TalkShopLive for a refund. TalkShopLive then reached out to the company who handled the signing and distribution for Ice-T, who reassured TalkShopLive that the autographs are authentic. TalkShopLive, consequently, denied all refund requests to its customers.
Hearing this, we decided to email TalkShopLive with images and signature insight to demonstrate the clear differences between the forgeries and the LPs that Ice-T actually signed.
TalkShopLive is now accepting refunds on Ice-T orders!
To request a refund, first reference the comparison image below to learn whether you've received a FAKE or REAL autograph.
Next:
E-mail support@talkshop.live and include:
* Your Order number
* The E-mail address you ordered with.
* Photo(s) of your autograph to support your inquiry.
This is good news to everyone who was being denied refunds.
Nonetheless, we have yet to hear whether TalkShopLive will be sending out an email to notify *everyone* who ordered these, to make them aware of the situation and to issue wide-scale refunds, and not just to those who happen to be made aware on their own.
We have recommended this, and hope that they will.
RACC on.

Well that's awesome! Hopefully they will refund.

Send request / inquiry - thx!!!

Thank you! Submitting my refund request now!

I sent in my refund request yesterday following the steps in your post and got a full refund today. Thank you!

Same, fantastic work by RACC and the folks on here in calling out this nonsense, very much appreciated. While I’m annoyed I got scammed in the first place I’m happy to have this resolved. While highly doubtful, one can only hope TSL will hold Ruffnation entertainment accountable for trying to pull off this BS. The fact that they initially denied refunds and lied about the authenticity “we personally drove to NJ to get them signed” makes my blood boil and reminds me of how Premiere Collectibles likes to do business. I guess TSL is going to my “do not buy from” list just like Premiere.

I believe TSL was saying that the head of Ruffnation told them that "he personally drove to NJ to get them signed” not that they did it themselves. So I'll let this one slide unless it happens again.

Yes you’re right and that’s what I was referring to but I could’ve worded better. My point is that TSL needs to hold the companies they work with accountable and not just take their word for it on stuff like this. Just telling us “well the head of Ruffnation said it was real so we went with it” is a bad look for TSL imo

No luck in getting a refund yet. My vinyl is clearly one of the fake Leo P's. I did all that's mentioned here, but they are saying that they are going to contact the distributor for additional information?

They replied to you? I just sent another email because they never replied to my previous messages

Again am impressed with the power of collective voices in this hobby, to right a wrong.

I love this forum and the RACC group. So glad to see everyone fighting together regardless if it is a fake $600+ book or just a $40 LP.
