As some of you may have read in my previous thread about the case of me buying a signed Cars Album that ended up being a forgery.  The guy is willing to take it back through PayPal goods and services, but I just want to check with you guys and see what the right way to go about it is to keep myself from getting further ripped off and to guarantee I get my $375 back. Not sure if I should file a complaint with PayPal or just send back to the seller. What would be my safest bet for mailing it back to guarantee my money back? Thanks

File a claim and wait to hear back before sending the item back.  That's what their protection policy is for. Not sure if you file it with ebay, paypal or both.
