That was a great eBay find, Robby93. While I'm not a personal fan of slabbing, there's no doubt it can be a plus in offering something like that back on the market for a profit. You never know what can be found out in the wild of eBay and the like!
And again, this piece used to me mine. I bought that ticket on eBay back when Bowie was still alive, for cheap. I believe I paid $65 for it. I had it slabbed by PSA and sold it after awhile for a decent profit.
I'd avoid it. "Andy Peters" is the alias of Tony Ford, a prolific forger of David Bowie autographs.
+1 he tainted the entire Bowie market. I wouldn't want anything associated with his COA.

I believe that S M one was sold by 'Peters' from one of his many ebay accounts and sold to a dealer, or someone with a lot of stars. I have a friend who has a genuine Bowie and cant sell it now after all of this
